Mr Paul went on Holiday to India with his wife on 18th October 2011. They were due to return to the UK on 19th December 2011.
On 29th November, Mr Paul went for a stroll from his relative’s residential home of in New Delhi at about 4.30 in the afternoon. It is not unusual for him to go for a stroll and he normally returns after about 20 minutes. On this occasion he did not return.
He has no money, mobile phone or most importantly, any medication in his possession (Mr Paul suffers from Epilepsy and a heart condition). He was just wearing trousers and a jumper.
